The service is usually fast and courteous. I only gave 4 stars because I usually order my rice a certain way for years, which is half broken rice half yellow rice. On this visit I was told "we can't do that.". It was a new server and he confirmed with one of the other servers that I am a regular customer and they always do it for me. Well the new cook that they have said no. Even though our table had both broken rice, and yellow rice coming. No problem I stole some yellow off of my lady's plate. My point is a small request that could have been met with minimal effort, but instead was refused due to either laziness, and or poor customer service on the part of the cook. A word of advice to the cook, a little effort goes a long way. The food is good so this is not a deal breaker, just a minor irritant, but i will be back!

The food was good. I had the pork and shrimp with Egg Noodles and broth separated. Might return but nothing stood out to make it a place that says “Man that was good, I’m coming back here”

Great food and customer service.

The name's great, but the food is just aite. Pleasant Hill/Duluth has a pretty large Asian community, so there is a lot of competition among pho restaurants. When I visited at night, the establishment was dimly lit; I kinda wish the lighting was a little brighter. I ordered myself a medium bowl of pho, which arrived promptly. Everything met my expectations, except the broth. It was just...bland. Normally I eat pho like a purist, just the broth and some veggies added in. However, this time around I had to drown the bowl with srirachia and fish sauce. The service was great and the food was standard, so I might check back again to try another bowl.

The best Vietnamese food ever! Service could be better but exceptional steak and shrimp bowl! Highly recommend #18 w/steak instead of Pork! YUMMY

The dedicated staff was very responsive and appreciative of our patronage. The soups are very hearty and tasteful with authentic ethnic flavorings. “Little whole in the wall places” are always worth the adventure and reward of discovery. “What the Pho” totally lives up to that historical characteristic.

If you are looking for well priced and authentic Vietnamese food, come here. I visit once a week. The service is fast, the waiters are kind, and the food is always spot on.

just when i was looking to warm up my tired and cold stomach, Medium size pho was like extra large. Vegetables are really fresh and broth tasted real good. guess everything is bigger in GA

Very good presentation of VN food. Lightly seasoned chicken char grilled top off a green onion sauce / oil, fish sauce on the side for dipping. Portion is very generous.

Pressing was good. Food was tasty. Portions were generous. Would recommend.

This is one of my favorite restaurant where I feel comfortable every time I come. Sometimes I come by myself, with my family or with my friends or clients. One of my favorite dish is Bun Cha Gio, thit nuong. The other favorite one is banh trang cuon. The staff is friendly. I will continue to come to this restaurant.

They got us with the name and have kept us with the food! A few of our favorites are the Spring Rolls with shrimp and pork (A3) and the beef Pho (B4). We also venture into the rice selections and have been very happy with those as well! (Always with a couple fried eggs on top!) Last night was the first time trying the pork and seafood soup with rice noodles and it did not disappoint. The pork broth is every bit as well developed as the beef broth used for the pho.Portion sizes are generous and easily are enough to share for two, sometimes three. Pho is served with bean sprouts, lime, basil, peppers, on the side and hot sauce, soy sauce, etc is already on the table.Great place, love the food, service is great, and we will keep coming back!

Not welcoming at all. One of the staff members wiped his nose with his fingers and touched my food. I was also given the wrong order. I will never go back to this place. It should be called "What a Mess" instead.

Clean setting, plus there weren’t too crowded on a Thursday night. Party of 3, we ordered spring rolls, two phos, a rice dish, and a vermicelli. The taste of the food were good, but we felt like everything was overloaded with noodle and not enough meat. But this is understandable since every entree was no more than 10.95. A star off because there was too much noodle and blunted the texture of other ingredients (ie, spring rolls).

Food was good, service was slow. My wife enjoyed the pho and I had the charred pork, it was awesome! If the service was better it would have hit the 5 star.

I ordered the Bun with pork on the skillet and shrimp. I got two big sticks pork cooked with charcoal and 4 shrimps. Very tasty pork spring rolls with a hint of taro root. My party order Pho and they were hot and big, full of quality ingredients. Great place to have phone in Gwinnett. I will be back!

This place seems to be pretty original as far as the food goes. Went in to have the well-known Pho Korean soup, but they all contain some form of beef and I don’t eat meat. However, they have a large menu and I found something quite good to eat. Their 🥥 coconut smoothie was awesome! The atmosphere could use some serious help... I think this could be very good, but since I couldn’t get to taste their Pho soup, it remains to be seen by the experts. Give it a try!

It’s 9pm and their sign & website state it closes at 10pm. The guy up front told us they were closed. Drove 20 min to get here for nothing. Waste of time.

6 out of 5, 11 out of 10! If you know Pho, you know it is hard to find. It is even harder to find good Pho. This is the kind that reminds me of everything that is good in the world. The portion and the flavors are both above the charts. The love in this food is clearly evident. Looks like a lot of other people have also figured it out because it was busy! Even though it was busy my food still came out fast and delicious! Can't wait to go back for more.

Alright food, good ambience, good service, good price. Unfortunately, when I ordered a large pho, there was not very much meat at all in it for the amount of soup I ordered, only a few pieces. Will be trying other establishments in the area (of which there are many) in search of a better ratio for my money.

My favorite restaurant...you have to try E9 on the menu.-with sausage fried rice. Prices are low...the atmosphere is amazing! The staff is so sweet. The food is ready fast

Good pho place. Will fill you up without breaking your wallet (unlike some other places that ride the buzzfeed pho fad and charge you $15 for a bowl of rice noodles).

I don’t give 5 stars lightly. But this Pho is just ridiculously good... I mean slap your momma if she was Vietnamese good. Throw in the lime and dig in, I’ll be back many times here.

Whenever I'm in the mood for Pho or a Vermicelli plate I make it a point to drop in. It can be slammed at Noon, better to come early or later for lunch. The food is outstanding, the service is friendly

Always excellent. Service is amazing. Food is delicious. All the servers work together. You never have an empty cup or have to wait for someone to check on you.

Com Tam (broken rice) with julliene pork, charbroiled pork, and shrimp. Julienne park is basically pork sliced into really thin slices- a French technique. There's also a huge block of... also pork, I guess, but it's seasoned. The rice comes shaped, so (in my opinion) it's easier to eat. The charbroiled pork had a really nice flavor. I can't describe it, because there's nothing within american cuisine that would even relatively taste like it. It's great. The shrimp was, well, shrimp. Nothing wrong there. It also comes with lettuce (?), slices of tomatoes(?), and pickled carrot/radish. If you didn't know why it's pickled, it's basically marinated in huge jars of sugar until it tastes sweet. It IS sweet, but it's got this weird taste to it. BTW, com tam = broken rice. So, the rice grains are smaller than usual

I chose to dine in at What The Pho. The Pho was great!! I had the chicken rice noodle soup. I also ordered the fried pork & shrimp egg roll, they were awesome. The service was just okay and maybe that was because it was almost closing time. I arrived at 7:45pm and the restaurant closes at 8pm. The hours posted for this restaurant on Google Maps are incorrect (lists 9pm closing time). The server/host said I could take my time but someone started mopping the floor around me. The smell of the bleach/chemical made me sick to my stomach so I could not enjoy my food. Also, I think was over charge for my meal. The menu listed one price but when I received the final bill was charged more for my soup. I'm not sure if I will give this restaurant a second chance.

We have been going to the restaurant for a few years. Overall everything has been good.Prices are reasonable. The whole restaurant looks like it can use a very, very good cleaning. The floors need steam cleaning. There is a certain smell that would go away. Restaurant owners don't want to invest money in cleaning.

Amazing tasting food! Everything tastes fresh (except the meatballs, taste either premade or frozen) And it's really really delicious. Me and my wife ordered the beef pho & the shrimp pho - both were very well made! I will definitely come here again.

It is a good restaurant. One of my favorite dishes are grilled pork, shrimp over veggie and rice noodle. I also like the wraps.

Greatest Pho in town!!! Yes there is Pho 24 or House of Pho, but you cant beat the soup in this hole in the wall!!! God it's good.

I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. We ate our food and it was pretty bland and unappetizing. We get up to pay and the employee had the audacity to block us from exiting the restaurant and practically harassing us for a tip. (Keep in mind the gentleman wasn't even the one who served us). He asks me if I would like some change to tip him. I handed my $20 bill and he "tipped" himself $5 and gave me back $15. The man practically stole my money. Never coming here ever again awful experience. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. 0 STARS

I'm a huge phan of Pho. What the Pho is really good. I stop to eat whenever I'm in the area for lunch or dinner. Pho soup is good medicine.

Pho broth was ok don't know if it's bc I came on a Monday but their customer service is EXCELLENT. it's hard to find great customer service at a pho place and I will definitely be back just because of that. I ordered a large bowl of their combination pho and it was HUGEEE!! I couldn't even finish a third of it. I'd say it's a 2XL in comparison to the usual large pho at other places, they give you plenty of noodles and meat. Their fried pork spring roll was soooooooo good. Ordered shaking beef and shrimp red curry to go- can't wait to try it!

Amazing! Huge portions low prices and the food is amazing! I’ve had a lot of different pho and this one ranks up there
